Meet Dr. Allen Pulsipher

Dr. Allen Pulsipher is dedicated to delivering the utmost standard of oral surgical care. His commitment extends beyond procedural excellence to fostering a superior quality of life for patients after treatment. Driven by a passion for improving health and enhancing the well-being of individuals, he operates within a setting characterized by comfort, compassion, and safety. Dr. Pulsipher takes pride in his ability to interact with diverse individuals, gaining insight into their lives, and utilizing his expertise to positively impact their health, thus contributing to an improved overall quality of life.

Educational Excellence

Dr. Pulsipher is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He holds multiple college degrees, including a DDS (dentist) and an MD (physician). After graduating from Brigham Young University, Dr. Pulsipher entered Baylor College of Dentistry, graduating with honors in 1993. He continued his postgraduate education at the University of Texas Southwestern, completing his training in oral and maxillofacial surgery and obtaining a Doctor of Medicine degree. He has completed training in both general surgery and anesthesia.

Dr. Pulsipher specializes in dental implant procedures, including anterior aesthetic implants, soft tissue reconstruction, bone grafting (including sinus grafting), bone reconstruction, and full-mouth restoration.

Leadership in the Dental Profession

Dr. Pulsipher is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, a Fellow of the American Associations of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of The International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is also the President of the Inland Facial Trauma Surgery, where he takes trauma calls at four local hospitals. Dr. Pulsipher takes great pride in his practice. He is especially proud to offer his patients the only accredited surgical center for oral surgery in the Temecula Valley, located in the Murrieta office.

Research, Publications, and Presentations

Dr. Pulsipher has co-authored several articles published in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is the Director of the Mt. Palomar Study Club, a division of the Seattle Study Club. As the director, he enjoys facilitating the meetings and promoting continued education for our community dentists. The Study Club meets monthly in our Murrieta office.

International Dental Outreach

Committed to sharing his dental expertise with those in need, Dr. Pulsipher has accompanied a group of colleagues to Tonga to provide dental care to the underserved. He created an Adopt a School program for local dentists to participate in free dental screening for kindergarten students in our local schools.

Community and Family

Dr. Pulsipher and his wife Ann have been married for 37 years. Blessed with six children, their family has expanded to include three daughters-in-law and eight grandchildren. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys time spent with his family, fine woodworking, and traveling with his wife.

Active in his community through many volunteer organizations, Dr. Pulsipher has been an elected official for the Temecula Valley Unified School District’s Board of Trustees (retired).
