Here at Rancho Oral and Facial Surgery, our goal is to offer you superior service and surgeons that treat you like family.  Our doctors and staff put your needs at the top of our priority list.  We are here to answer your questions, put your fears to rest, and provide you with all the information and education we have at our finger tips.  After graduating dental school our doctors attended several years of additional education to further their experience and sharpen their skills.  Drs. Pulsipher, Williams, Moore, Nasseri and Eckard, as oral and maxillofacial surgeons, manage an array of surgical options including dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery. In addition to these surgery options we also rebuild bone structure for our patients while providing maximum comfort. If you are experiencing facial pain please notify our doctors, in addition to our oral surgical specialties we also treat and diagnose facial injuries, and fractures.

Our staff is trained in assisting with Intravenous (IV) sedation and outpatient general anesthesia in our state-of-the-art office setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery.

Surgical Staff

The surgical staff at Rancho Oral and Facial Surgery are experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in the administration of IV sedation and surgery. We also have a trained Surgical Assistants who receive special training and are certified in Basic Life Support (CPR), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). All staff are informed administrative personnel, well-versed in health and insurance policies, and are CPR certified.
