Cheyenne
Cheyenne started working in the dental field in 2018, gaining experience in pediatric, orthodontic, and general dentistry. Now as a surgical assistant, she helps our patients by providing comfort and knowledge, so they feel safe, comfortable, and heard. Cheyenne spends her free time outside, traveling, and watching crime documentaries with her chinchilla, Bijou.
Emily
From our front desk, Emily assists patients with all their administrative needs. She is incredibly helpful, especially when it comes to appointment scheduling and insurance verification. Most of all, she enjoys meeting new people. Outside the office, Emily likes spending time outdoors with her family and going to the gym.
Irene
Irene, our lead surgical assistant, graduated from her dental assisting program in 2013. She worked in general dentistry for several years before joining Rancho Oral and Facial Surgery in 2021. In her time here, she has expanded her knowledge of oral surgery from working with Dr. Pulsipher and our team.
Kami
Kami, our billing specialist, holds a BA in Communications and completed the AAOMS Advanced Coding Course to deftly handle our patients’ pre-authorization and claim filing needs. Her goal is to help patients to the best of her ability and put their needs first. Married for 28 years, Kami and her husband have two fur babies: dog Fergie and cat Jimmy. They love to play music with friends and take long walks in their neighborhood.
Lisa
Lisa gained 40 years of experience in general dentistry as an assistant before joining Rancho’s front office as a treatment coordinator. She enjoys helping people meet their dental needs and making sure they have the best experience possible! Aside from work, Lisa loves spending time with her two grown children, traveling with her husband Don, and most of all, reading!
Liz
Liz began her dental assisting career 15 years ago. Now, as one of Dr. Lee’s surgical assistants, she works with patients before and after procedures to help them have a positive surgical outcome. While she enjoys working with patients of all ages, she particularly likes hearing the fun stories our older patients have to share. If she’s not tending to her flowers, Liz is probably napping, reading, or listening to music—she’s obsessed with 80's new wave!
Mona D.
Mona has been a surgical assistant for more than 25 years. Her knowledge is vital to our mission of helping patients have a comfortable, safe oral surgical experience. Mona is a mother of three girls and Nana to six boys. She loves camping, bicycling and dirt bike riding, arts and crafts, and spending time with her family.

Our lead treatment coordinator, Mona holds a BS in Healthcare Administration. She is dedicated to working with patients to provide the best quality healthcare in a setting that puts their comfort and well-being at the forefront.
Raven
Raven, one of our treatment coordinators, spent the last ten years as a certified dental assistant, surgical assistant, and medical assistant. If you have the pleasure of being around Raven, you’ll soon find out she loves to smile and see others smile! Raven has a passion for singing, second only to her love for her husband and four children. She is a fun-seeking person who stays active by dancing, biking, and swimming.
Shawna
Shawna graduated from Bryman Dental Assisting School in 2001, and save for one year spent in general dentistry, has worked in oral surgery ever since! She excels at helping patients understand their treatment and feel safe and confident in our abilities to care for them and their loved ones. Shawna has two daughters who are very involved in the travel softball community. Outside of work and softball, she enjoys being outdoors.
Sonia
Sonia began her career assisting in pediatric and general dentistry for several years before realizing her passion for oral surgery. She enjoys the opportunity to learn and grow every day, as well as refining her surgical skills. Most of all, she enjoys being part of such a great team. Outside of work, Sonia stays active, spends time with family and friends, travels, and paints. The beach is her favorite place, regardless of the season.
SueAnn
SueAnn, one of our billing specialists, worked in hospital dentistry for more than 15 years on the east coast before relocating to California to be closer to her two children. Her extensive experience helps her provide patients with the most complete understanding of their insurance coverage so they can maximize their benefits. SueAnn enjoys all aspects of art and seeing the different sites all around California, including visiting Disney with her family!
Tina
Tina finished her dental assisting program in 1996 and went straight into oral surgery. She became an RDA in 2001 and has enjoyed learning all aspects of this field, from assisting in surgeries, implant treatment coordinating, office administration, practice management, and marketing. As our office manager, Tina works alongside our staff to create and implement efficient and effective systems that will ensure the patients have a great experience. Her goal is to provide exceptional patient care that sets our practice above others. Tina has two adult children and is currently a grandma to two pugs. Her favorite place is the water, where she kayaks and paddleboards. Her other hobbies include watching football and baseball, going to concerts, and trying new recipes.
